HYDROPHILIC COATING SYSTEMS
Designed as a stand-alone system, our CMS Hydrophilic coating units are multi-axis, multi-roll metering systems that provide full-coat or spot-coat applications. Servo controlled and suitable for water-based coating, our unit's corrosion resistant construction is built to last; made of annealed steel, ground flat for superior precision, parallelism and application excellence.
MOISTURIZERS

This heavy duty, multi-axis liquid application system contains a fully automated, closed-loop moisture profile control for consistent, precise moisture application. At its heart, beats a chromium-plated hydrophilic transfer roll equipped with a variable speed drive motor to provide independent speed control for your desired application
SLITTER/REWINDS
WEB CONVERTING SYSTEMS
Our slitting systems are comprised of various in-house designs, capable of web speeds up to 2,500 feet per minute and slitting widths of 2 inches without interleaving. Our customization capabilities allow each process section of our slitting systems to be tailored to your specific application requirements.
ROD COATERS
MRC-SERIES SUBSTRATE COATERS
The MRC-series rod coaters are two-roll coaters equipped with a metering assembly designed to evenly and consistently apply water-borne coatings to webbed substrates. These systems feature quick-change metering rods, manual or automatic operation, simple coat weight control and are capable of running speeds in excess of 850 feet per minute.
BLADE COATERS
MBC-SERIES CORRUGATED COATERS
The MBC-series blade coaters feature semi-automatic operation and user-friendly controls; conveniently placed on the operator's side of the machine. Available for both the wet and dry ends of the corrugator, these coaters are equipped with pneumatically actuated coating arms and are capable of matching corrugator speeds of up to 650 feet per minute.
SPRAY COATERS
MSC-SERIES CORRUGATED COATERS
The MSC-series spray coaters enable users to easily apply sprayable, non-skid coatings in-line at the corrugator. Mounted in the corrugator web table, between the head pulley and the slitter, these systems utilize a "roll-away" control station, dilution control, and an easily accessible, individually controlled spray nozzle system.
COIL COATERS
METALLIC SUBSTRATE SYSTEMS
Our coil coating systems feature the latest advances in closed-loop feedback for precise control of pressure and thickness. We offer systems that provide multi-roll configurations for Vertical, Horizontal and S-wrap Coaters. Coil material ranging from .001" to .250" thick can be processed and coated with DIP chemistry, water or solvent based paint, primers and other coatings.
